Return & Refund Policy

At PawBasket, we want you and your dog to love every product you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in new and unused condition
• All original packaging and tags must be included
• The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return.

• Items that have been used or worn
• Items damaged due to normal use
• Final sale or clearance items, where marked

To request a return, please contact our support team at help@pawbasket.co.

Please include the following details in your email:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions once approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email help@pawbasket.co with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PawBasket is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
